"Bright, clean, and unpretentious, with ultra-fresh sushi" ---5280 Magazine, June 2005
"This is my favorite sushi joint in town and I found it in 1995.
Tam (pictured here on my birthday about six years ago) is Vietnamese not Japanese, but he will tell you he's Mexican and grew up in Kansas. As you sit at the bar, Tam will tell you the raunchiest jokes ever, but he's so cute when he tells them with his accent and big grin that you just have to accept it as part of Sushi Han's charm. I'd say that Tam knows about 70% of his customers by name, and that goes a long way when there's a sushi joint on every corner now.
As for the fish being fresh, just ask Tam. He will honestly point you to which is the freshest he's got and no one else in town makes Green Mussels as good as Tam. He is awesome, and the fish is great "---GETKristiLOVE, June 2006

"check out Sushi Han, located in the heart of the central business district. While there are many fine places to enjoy Sushi in Denver, great service and reasonable prices elevate this one above most others. Their sushi chef has a regular crowd of locals and can be the nights entertainment all by himself if you choose to eat at the counter.

"My husband and I dropped in for lunch. We are long term fans of the other popular Sushi place in town and we dont settle for "okay" Sushi. Each bite of this Sushi was delicious and great. We even spent time talking to the owner who was warm and hospitable. We tried multiple rolls and traditional nigiri such as tuna, salmon and yellow tale. We also had an amazing mussel dish. It's great to know Denver has such great options for the Sushi lovers living in a land locked state! Great work Sushi Han--you've been around 20 years and we know why!!!" --- Elgonz, April 10 2009
